Chelsea v Burnley preview
It is time for Burnley to get their wake-up call, they have had an excellent honeymoon period, with wins over Man Utd and Everton, but today they will be brought down to earth by an efficient Chelsea side that have one thought on their minds, to win every game, and win it well.
Chelsea may have to manage without their new signing Yuri Zhirkov for another week, and Alex and Joe Cole are also still out, but such is their strength in depth their absence will hardly be noticed.
They will probably start with Drogba and Anelka together up front again, to see if they can repeat last weeks goalscoring feats, and i will be surprised if they don’t both score again.
Burnley will have to do without the ex-Chelsea winger Damien Duff, but will not be without a little confidence, having won here in the Carling Cup last season. But i have total confidence that the Blues will stamp their authority this time around.
