Chelsea Plan Move For Griezmann, Guaita, Varane & Coentrao

Barcelona’s Pedro, Atletico Madrid’s Griezmann, Getafe’s Guaita and Real Madrid’s Varane and Coentrao are all up in the EPL’s Champions target list as the summer transfer window opens. The Chelsea’s coach is definitely planning a La Liga swoop in order to build a more formidable squad against the coming campaign. With the coach having been kept in Stamford bridge till 2019 via a contract extension, he is keen on making most of his spell count with accomplishments, and work has already begun towards that. The special one is planning on bringing a shot stopper, a defender, midfielder and striker to Chelsea, and all eyes are on Spain.

Spanish forward, Pedro has found himself on the bench with the arrival of Suarez. In a bid to get more game time, the striker wants to leave Camp Nou. Chelsea are aware of this situation and are reportedly keeping tabs on him. The forward will come handy as a second striker in Stamford bridge.

Antoinne Griezmann has had an amazing time in just his debut season with Atletico Madrid. Chelsea wants to bring him to England having made plans to table his buyout clause fees of 43 million pounds. The 3rd highest goal scorer in the ongoing La Liga season caught the eyes of everyone following his brilliant displays at the attack of the Liga outfits.

Petr Cech is on his way out of Chelsea after a decade of being with the club. The Czech international has been made to play second fiddle to Courtois, who returned from Spain following a 3-season loan. As Cech departs, a replacement second-choice goalie is seen in Getafe’s Vicente Guaita.

Real Madrid’s pair, France’s Varane and Portuguese Coentrao are defenders the special one hopes to reunite with himself at the bridge. They enjoyed playing time during his spell at Spain, and have both been limited in playing time since his departure. Coentrao will be a perfect replacement for departing Filipe Luiz.

The coach hopes to be able to draw from a lot of wide options in his squad by next summer, as this season’s campaign took a toll on his small quality available players.
