Chelsea's 'Eden Hazard dreams of Real Madrid' swap

Eden Hazard’s Belgian pal Christian Benteke has admitted that the Chelsea star dreams of a move to Real Madrid, and he would not be surprised to see the £32million midfielder get his dream in the next couple of years.

Hazard joined Chelsea from Lille last summer, and has been outstanding so far for the Blues, scoring four goals and already showing his potential to become one of the best in the world.

The 21 year-old has previously admitted that it has always been his dream to play in La Liga, and Benteke believes his fellow Belgian may seek to complete his dream in the near future.

Benteke said: “I am not surprised at Eden’s success with Chelsea, and he can do even better. He has the qualities needed to become an even greater player. His dream is to join Real Madrid, so I don’t see why he can’t join them in a year or two.”

“He has already told me what his life is like with the high levels of expectation. He has been signed for many millions of pounds and he will always have the pressure of his price tag. He will forever have to do more than the others, he is condemned to always be at the top of his game.

“He realises this and he relishes the challenge. His fantasy football takes off some of the pressure on him. Eden dares to try things and is not afraid to face up to his responsibilities.”

Eden Hazard has great potential, and I personally believe he will be at Chelsea for 5 years minimum. I would not sell the Belgian for £55million in January, £23million profit in 6 months, and can only imagine his value is going to continue to increase for years to come. Roman Abramovich’s Chelsea has never been a selling club, and I don’t think Roman will be changing that philosophy any time soon.

I’m certain Hazard will fall in love with our club and decide against a move in the near future, if he hasn’t already. Do any of you believe he could possibly make an early exit?

I don’t think he will leave anytime soon, once he becomes one of the best players in the world then Real Madrid will come knocking. Probably when he’s around 25-30 years of age.
