Neymar admits he would listen to Chelsea offer
The Brazilian superstar Neymar has been in great demand for the last couple of years, but the supremely talented 20 year-old has been loyal to Santos while he matures in the game. Chelsea were linked with him strongly last summer but instead ended up buying another rising young Brazilian star in Oscar, who has proved to be an excellent acquisition.
Now Neymar has revealed that Oscar has been constantly in touch trying to persuade him to move to the European Champions. Neymar said: “Oscar messages me to tell me what a great club Chelsea is and what a great city London is.
“He and Dani (from Barcelona) are both very good salesmen for their clubs.
“When the time is right I will listen to the right offers that my agent has for me.
“It is very simple — if Barcelona are interested you listen, if Real Madrid are interested you listen, if Chelsea are interested you listen.
“There are maybe five clubs in the world that you know you must at least listen to.”
There are not many Chelsea fans that wouldn’t like to see this youngster move to the Bridge, and it sounds like he would seriously consider an offer. Perhaps if we win the Champions League again this year he might be convinced we really are the best team in Europe.

I’m not sure how Neymar would fit in to Chelsea. He is the kind of striker that plays from deep, often the left wing. So I don’t see him as a Drogba replacement, and we already have many attacking midfielders with striking ability.
