Chelsea are being very secretive about their transfer dealings but that hasn’t stopped the papers linking the Blues with top class players from all over Europe. The latest name to be added to the list is the exciting young German international Mesut Ozil. He admitted that Arsenal and Man City both want him, but Toure has now discounted them as possible destinations.
