Agent: Chelsea are following Dzeko

In the midst of all the rumours surrounding Chelsea it is hard to differentiate the facts from fiction and even when a players agent claims his player is wanted by a club it is still hard know the truth.

This time it is Wolfsburg Edin Dzeko’s agent Silvano Martina claiming that we are chasing after his player along with AC Milan.

Speaking to calciomercato.it Martina said

“I can confirm that Milan really likes the player. At the time in Italy they are the club which showed most interest.

“But attention must be paid to Chelsea as the Blues are following Dzeko.”

Now this is more than likely a ploy by the agent to push the players valuation up, remember the agent will get a cut of the fee.

That said it must be recognised that these comments from the agent are far more reliable from say The Sun newspaper.
