Manchester City moved to within three points of the top of the table, and just one point behind Chelsea, with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Bolton at the Eastlands.
Yet again it was Carlos Tevez who won the game for Man City by scoring as early as the fourth minute, but he ended the game in anger when Roberto Mancini substituted him in the 89th minute. Tevez reacted by pushing his manager out of the way and making it clear that he should have been left on the pitch for the last few minutes.
Mancini said afterwards: “I am happy about what happened. I would like every player to be like Carlo and want to stay on the pitch, but I needed Balotelli on the pitch as he is taller.”
There is definitely problems at the Eastlands but they now has as much chance of winning the title as anyone!
