The France international has been linked with a move to Chelsea during the past few weeks, amidst speculations that he is likely to depart Spain come summer. But in as much as the purported move is said to delight the 24 year-old, he is yet to make a decision as regards it.

Bayern Munich have been also reportedly interested in his services for next season’s campaign, and it seems he is taking his time to reach a conclusion. And as such, ex-Bavarian and Germany international, Toni Kroos has declared Griezmann suitable for the Bundesliga outfit. The Real Madrid midfielder says;

“In his first season for Atlético, Griezmann has already crossed the 20-goal-mark. That alone speaks volumes. Whoever can score that many goals in Spain, can also do that in Germany. Bayern’s style of play might differ from that of Atlético, but a really good player can play in every system.

Griezmann wants to know what Chelsea’s plans are for him before agreeing to the 43 million pounds move. The blues have already agreed to the buyout clause, and are looking forward to getting him. He is seen as a perfect striker-figure following his records this season. He has been on excellent form after a transfer from Real Sociedad that has left him with 22 goals in 34 league appearances since joining Atletico Madrid.

The Liga side’s coach has developed a friendship with the prolific forward and isn’t keen on letting his most-prized piece go. In a bid to distract suitors, Diego had made the club offer the striker a better contract and rise in buyout clause, but Chelsea have refused to give up on him. The EPL winners continue to strengthen their squad with more Atleti players, and are also planning to get Koke and Diego Godin when the transfer window opens.
