All Quiet On The Transfer Front At Chelsea
It has not been the busy summer that many expected at Chelsea, with just one new signing being made so far. Manager Andre Vilas-Boas is now back in London after a successful tour of Asia, but he has his work cut out if he is to add any new players to his squad before the first Premier League fixture against Stoke City in 10 days time.
Javier Pastore, Kaka, Luka Modric, Scott Parker, Falcao, Andy Johnson and many more have been linked to Chelsea over the last few weeks, but as yet none of them have arrived at Stamford Bridge, but more to the point none of them look likely to do so in the near future.
One player who looked as though he was joining, and may still do so, is Romelu Lukaku of Belgian side Anderlecht, but all seems to have gone quiet on that deal as well now.
Lukaku has been talking to the press in Belgium and said the following about Chelsea’s interest in him. “I want to go to a club where I can develop further. It’s not that I just want to be transferred to Chelsea. At the moment I am patient. I remain at Anderlecht and I am not thinking of a transfer.”
Chelsea supporters are anything but patient, and some fans are becoming increasingly irritated at the clubs lack of activity in the transfer market, but there are still 28 days remaining in the current transfer window, which is plenty of time for Chelsea to land one, if not two or three quality players. As the sayings go, patience is a virtue, and all good things come to he who waits.
me f**k patience the season is going to be worse compared to the previous if lampard, malouda, anelka and drogba remain in the first team am pretty sure cos these guy ar not tired legs they ar dead body n i wonder when we started settlin 4 less. chelsea desperately need width in their game….they need to throw out KALOU, ANELKA nd MALOUDA and bring in fast nd creative wingers!!!
Andre Villas-Boas was hired to do a job because he was the best available. Signing players is his role, our own role as fans is to be supportive of his philosophy as long as he is doing what is necessary: to win. I believe he is doing just that, even winning a trophy rightly so and with class. If he thinks he can be successful with the current players at his disposal, then there is no reason to be worried. If you guys are supporting individual players then chelsea fc is not the place for you and you need to keep shut and sit tight.
Chelsea should go for Modric or Ganso and Neymar and if theres time and money left then try and get Adam Johnson. Kaka and Pato are overrated.

Only a magician can use current Chelsea team to win champions league, and i know that AVB is not a magician. Watch preseason matches again and you will see that this team lacks creativity and skills. Anelka is always explosive in the first 20minutes only to turn lethergic after then. Torres is hungry for a complete pass but rarely get one. Kalou is a nightmare. Lampard is passionate but lacks pace and creativity to make things happen. Malouda‘s activity at the box is always shipwreck as there is no IQ involvement in his shooting and he lacks the ability to cross from midfield. Essien can never play with freedom after series of injury. Mikel rarely move forward due to his lack of pace. Bosingwa is not consistent and cannot be trusted. Do we still need all these players? Of course yes but competition must be introduced so that no one feels his position is his birthright as i believe in improvement. Man United‘s strongest point has been wingers and Fergie never fails to bring more every season.
dis current Chelsea team need some players to be added cos we need a player in midfield with creativity and can give the final pass our strikers need, and also AVB should please give Fernando Torres a strike partner cos Didier and Salomon are both not worthy to be referred to as Chelsea striker. and we also need two players with skills who can perform magic when they are with the ball.

Chelsea are surely in need of creative midfielder who can always controlled d ball with confidence and not just back passes we see we need a midfielder and not dead players like Paulo Ferreira, Frank Lampard, Florent Malouda, Salomon Kalou, Nicolas Anelka these are all dead footballer
