The Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has poured cold water on the idea that Chelsea will be looking to buy some superstars (like Aguero!) in the January transfer window.
With yesterday’s star Michael Essien, Mikel, Kalou and Drogba all going to the African Nations Cup in January, it would seem certain that Chelsea will attempt to strengthen their squad immediately, especially with the possibility of the transfer ban being upheld, but Ancelotti isn’t so sure.
“At this moment, we are in a very good condition,” Ancelotti said. “We had a lot of injuries against Wolves but our play was the same and that’s important.
“We put in some young players and in January we will maintain this situation, which is why we don’t want to buy players.”
“Kakuta played well and he is one of the very good young players who we can use in the future,”
“He has a lot of talent and he showed in 30 minutes that he has that talent.
“We have to stay calm with him because he has to improve still. For two or three weeks after his ban, he had some difficulty as he is very young. But we took him in the first team, he trained with us and he’s happy now. We hope that he will do better in the future for us.”
What do the fans think? Should Chelsea buy in January? Or bring more of the youngsters through to the first team?
Ancelotti – Kakuta is the very best for his age
Ancelotti – Respect the ref or get punished!
Moyes – No Chelsea offer for Rodwell
Ferguson – We will catch Chelsea

Well! its rather optimistic in believing the Young players in doing their job. but the problem occurs when we have to face a top teams and how they can cope up with the team. The team desperately needed a Star striker for this transfer season. although Aguero not resemble like Drogba , but he can prove to be best in absence of the Drogba. Kakuta is too young to depend on him. Please Carlo make use of this transfer season…
