Chelsea Injury News – Diego Costa, Remy And Others

Chelsea will face Manchester United without star striker Diego Costa, as reported earlier in the week. The responsibility should fall to Loic Remy who if fit is amply equipped to fill his boots.

Loic Remy has been reported 50/50 chance of starting but I think this is a typical Mourinho mind-game and will start.

Manchester United also have injuries to worry about such as Daley Blind apparently being injured. This is not a problem for them as he can easily be replaced by Luke Shaw.

Marcos Rojo is also reported to be unfit for the game, this will not bother Manchester United as it has been speculated Louis van Gaal had never really warmed to the player anyway.

Phil Jones is out for the game along with Michael Carrick. Out of all of these injuries Michael Carrick will be missed the most, as he commands the game in the same way Matic is important for us.
