Chelsea lack fire power in America
Chelsea managed a draw against former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti and his Paris Saint-Germain team, but took until the 82nd minute before scoring the equalizer. It was 18-year old Brazilian Lucas Piazon, who replaced Romelu Lukaku for the last half hour, that scored with a good finish from a pass by his compatriot Ramires.
Lukaku had failed to continue his form from the first pre-season game, and it is reported that the Belgian striker will join Fulham on loan to get some playing time and Premier league experience. Chelsea really missed a cutting edge up front, with Daniel Sturridge in London with the British Olympic team and Fernando Torres due to rejoin Chelsea today.
Piazon normally plays as a winger or support striker and has yet to make his full Chelsea debut after starring for the youth and reserve teams.

Chelsea need Torres to return in good form, and his confidence should be high after picking up the Golden Boot along with his winner’s medal at Euro 2012. I do feel that we need at least one more striker in order to challenge for the league title. It will be a long hard season and , even if he is in terrific form, Torres will need help.

We definitely need one top striker: Cavani or Falcao. Chelsea should also go for Moura instead of Hulk. Moura is a proper winger, and thats what we need. He is younger and so will give more years for investment. We should not let ManU have such an amazing talent.
A little premature. We are missing….. Romeu, Mata, Torres, Sturridge, Bertrand. We started a C team in the first, B in the second, brought on a couple of A team in the final 20-30.
we need a top striker who can give us goal when we are in need,n dat player should be Hulk so we should tr and sign him,i think Hulk is de best.
Just sign hulk with a right defender….. Forget about cavanni…. The price is definitely too high and he might nt even be able to cope with the pace in epl…. Hulk, right defender and may be willian should be enough for nw….. Pre contract with moura won’t be a bad idea…….

Why is everybody clamouring for Cavani’s price?Hulk’s price is more higher and yet we CFC fans still want him.CAVANI is always goal-hungry while Hulk is a provider i.e he plays from the wing.CAVANI or FALCAO is the right answer for chelsea’s problem upfront
Cavani is much more better than Hulk, He is d only striker that can deliver goals like Drogba, pls, Chelsea should bring him to the bridge @ all cost.
Cavani is genuine striker. He was very impressive against chelsea last season. His movement was too difficult to catch up and 4 sure he would be better option than HULK. If we can’t buy Him,we shud go for Falcao.
I still have the believe that Chelsea should take some risk by keeping Piazon. He is a very good striker. They should start using him now and he will be better than other strikers you may be spending millions on.
