Seems Chelsea isn’t done with its loanee, Croatian Stipe Perica. The 19 years old has been on loan at 2 clubs since he joined Chelsea in 2013, and if the speculations going around are anything to go by-it is that his services aren’t  required yet at Stamford bridge and that he is going to be loaned out once more. This time, to newly-promoted championship side, Watford. His current loan with serie A side, Udinese ends at the end of the season, and the starlet striker seems to be on course for an EPL debut.

The tall lad has had a relatively successful outing at Udinese, with 5 goals and a assist in 18 appearances for the side this season. This comes encouraging after he had had somewhat of a difficult time at his previous spell while on loan at Dutch club, NAC Breda. His time in the Netherlands league was cut short due to limited playing time in his second season, after both clubs had agreed to a minimum appearances of 20 for the forward. Although he was somewhat becoming of a fans’ favourite at the Eredivisie club, after he had raked in 6 goals in 25 appearances, with 5 of them being scored as a late substitute. He fell out with the club after Coach Nebojša Gudelj was sacked, and had to move to Udinese.

The Udinese team were optimistic with Perica’s signing, comparing him with striker Mario Mandzukic. Although his loan with the side is to end 2016, but the forward’s transfer to Watford remains likely, as both clubs belong to the Pozzo family. Chelsea are looking for reinforcement in their striking department, but Stipe Perica isn’t part of their plans, and the player will rather likely feature for the Hornets in the English Premier League for the 2016/17 season, and in the process, get exposure to firsthand EPL action.
