With the summer transfer windows just a month from opening, speculations and links keep getting interesting, and Chelsea are at the fore as regards the transfer of the good, bad and ugly to the, and away from Stamford bridge next season. The most surprising being Costa’s, the Spaniard has been reportedly linked with a surprise departure talks. He has told friends and family that he wants to return home, after finding it hard to adapt to the life in England. The 25 year-old has claimed he wants to return to Atletico Madrid, and the news is definitely one of the most shocking thus far. Although the possibility of Diego leaving Chelsea is slim as they come, but anything is possible.

The management won’t be letting go easily, as there are no reasons to part ways with their highest goal scorer after just a season. His injuries are a concern no doubt, but they won’t be basis for Chelsea to agree on his exit. He has adapted to life on the pitch and bonded with the players, so it looks like being home sick is just a temporary issue. The coming weeks will tell of what decision both club and player will agree on as regards a transfer (that isn’t most likely).

Falcao’s link with Chelsea has grown more of recent, although he claims his country’s hopes at the Copa America are his dearest plans right now. The striker wants a move to Chelsea, and his agent, Jorge Mendes could help facilitate that. A loan is more likely, as it doesn’t seem Chelsea will want to spend 25 million pounds on a player who outright flopped last season at Old Trafford. The 29 year-old has been a favorite as far as transfer is concerned, and they could just get him, even though he will more likely be the 3rd option striker.

Antoine Griezmann and Paul Pogba still remain targets for the pensioners, and it is being claimed that Roman Abrahamovich seems ready to activate the 46.5 million pounds buyout clause on the former. With Champions League finalist, Juventus still interested in Brazilian playmaker, Oscar, Chelsea might look at a deal that will make Pogba come the other way. Although Mourinho still claims Oscar is in his plans for the coming season, but Pogba has been high priority for Chelsea, and they might go for him if a deal is struck as regards Oscar.
