Chelsea Transfer Rumours – Brazilian Ace Still On Radar

Brazilian superstar Neymar has been a target for Chelsea for well over a year now and the club had a bid of £25million rejected last August for the 19 year-old. There has been plenty of speculation in recent weeks that he is about to sign for Real Madrid, but the player himself denies such reports.

Neymar responded to the claims about him signing for Real Madrid by saying, “I have been sold like 30 times. There is no truth to that, I am a player of Santos and I will stay here to play at the club’s centenary. That is all speculation, there is no deal.”

There have been reports coming out of Spain suggesting that Neymar was having a medical at the Hospital Sao Luiz on Friday. Neymar was at the hospital, but it was not for a medical ahead of a move to Real Madrid. He said, “I went to the hospital to solve a personal problem.”

It is difficult to know what to believe because today there are reports in Brazil suggesting that Neymar was at the hospital for a medical and that he will sign for Real Madrid tomorrow.

If the first reports are true Chelsea could well come back in for Neymar in January, but if the latest ones from Brazil are true it will be a case of the one that got away. I don’t know about you guys, but I would love to see Neymar at the Bridge.
