Columbian Star Next In Line For Chelsea
Not a day goes by without Chelsea being linked to one player or another, and today is no different as their latest target is rumoured to be Columbian Fredy Gaurin.
Gaurin is currently at Porto, but according to reports he is not enjoying life under the new manager Vitor Pereira. He played 22 times last season when Andre Villas-Boas was in charge, but he only started in 10 of those games. He may have only started 10 games, but he did score five goals in the successful Europa League campaign.
Chelsea may face some stiff competition as are not the only club linked to Gaurin, as according to talkSPORT Real Madrid are also keen on signing him. Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is looking to add young quality players to his squad, and Gaurin can play in the centre of midfield or wide on the right.
Gaurin is not one of the Porto players that has been linked with Chelsea over the summer months, but he must have done enough in his limited playing time last season to impress AVB. Whether it was enough to bring him to Stamford Bridge remains to be seen.

i pray this deal goes through.. cos he is a team players and works hard for the team.. i personally would have wish that we sign him and dropped the signing of Lukaku.. because we have enough strikers and wingers… we just need creative players.
Lukaku deal is fantastic imo . Coz Didi and Nico aren’t gonna stay always. And by next year lukaku wud hv cost the double his price .. But i think Romes shud spent some more 4 Modric, as it’s our main area of concern .
