The Chelsea defender David Luiz has told Neymar to join him at in the Premier League if he chooses to leave Brazil this summer. Juventus and Barcelona sent scouts to watch the highly-talented striker star in the game between Brazil and Scotland and the player did not fail to impress with two goals.
Chelsea tried to buy the 19-year-old last season but Neymar decided to stay in Brazil. But Chelsea’s new defender wants the young player to join him in London. The Daily Mirror reported him as saying: “I would love it if Neymar came to Chelsea. He is going to be one of the best players in the world”.
However any transfer could be complicated since his current club, Santos, sold 10 percent of his future transfer fee to an investment company. And the club are also negotiating to sell their other star player, Ganso to in Inter for £32 million and would be reluctant to lose both players in the summer.
Speaking about a possible transfer Neymar said: “I want to play in Europe. It is a dream which will come true, but I don’t yet know when. It is up to Santos to decide. But here in London I could even walk in peace in the streets”.
However Roman Abramovich will have to dig deep if he is to bring one of the brightest stars in the world to Stamford Bridge.
