Didier Drogba offered £400,000 per week to leave Chelsea
The Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka is on his way to Shanghai Shenhua this week, and now it has been revealed that another Chinese club, Guangzhou Evergrande, have offered Didier Drogba an amazing £400,000 per week in an attempt to persuade the Ivorian international to make a move to the Chinese Super League this coming summer.
Drogba will be going off to the African Nations Cup next week but is still in negotiations with Chelsea bosses to try and persuade them to give the 33 year-old a new two-year contract, while the club is only prepared to offer him one year.
SkySports reveals that there are three Chinese teams chasing Drogba which is why Guangzhou (the current Champions) have made the astounding offer which would make him the best-paid player in the world, but despite that, Drogba would much rather stay in West London and finish his career at the club he joined seven years ago.
Just last week Drogba scored his 150th goal for the Blues and is revered by Chelsea fans, but with Fernando Torres, Daniel Sturridge and Romelu Lukaku heralding a new generation of Chelsea strikers it is unlikely that the club will move on their current offer…..

Chelsea shld let him go, i think Drogs will offer no more wonders but consolatory efforts when we’re in dire & serious need. Chelsea shld go for Saldado not Madrid stars, madrid would’nt sell to a serious CL competitor like us. You know they are cowards unlike us we gave them Robben & if they like Drogs & Lamps cld be on offer to them. It is better Chelsea not be wasting precious time sniffing around Madrid stars, search better players around.

Chelsea should learn how to keep its legends,we should be happy because we’re having players like Drogba and lampard in our team.I’m the number one Drogba fan.He’s a living Legend,the most popular man in his counry,once voted as one of 100 most influencial person in the world,he has won a lot for chelsea,he has won alot in chelsea,he needs to be appreciated.What is done to the likes of giggs,paul and other could be done to our own drogba,lampard and terry.They are the pillar of chelsea.Chelsea could offer to the trio coaching role by the end of their playing career.
