Chelsea will face one stiffer test tonight as they face surprise League high-fliers Leicester City in the Premier League game for tonight at the Kingpower Stadium.
Chelsea will have to play beyond their best to be able to gulp the three points at stake as Leicester City as yet to lose any match bar their lose to Arsenal.
Mourinho recently reverted to playing without a striker but we think there should be a place for Costa in Chelsea’s probable XI vs Leicester City.
This is how we expect Chelsea to line up tonight against the Foxes.
Goalkeeper
Since his return for injury, Thibaut Courtois has returned as the first choice and he has been able to man in-between the sticks for Chelsea. We hope his large frame will stop Mahrez and Vardy today.
Defence
Chelsea are beginning to enjoy some defensive stability despite not scoring lots of goal. The same back four that thumped Porto would be retained. Ivanovic and Azpilicueta at right and left back respectively while Terry and Zouma at the heart of defence.
Midfield
What ever credit is giving to the defence must also be accredit to the hard work of the midfield. We expect Matic to be retained as the anchor man while Ramires will play along him. Fabregas was left out of the starting XI in the last game and we think Oscar will still start ahead of him.
Attack
Despite being presented with several half-chances, Costa failed to score against Porto but he is the only realistic attacking Choice for Chelsea. We also expect Hazard and Willian to flank him on the left and right wing respectively.
