Full text of Rafa Benitez's plea to Chelsea fans

Many of you will have seen excerpts of Rafa Benitez’s letter to the Chelsea fans, but not many of you will have seen the complete essay. I personally have not been a supporter of the Spaniards appointment, but in the letter he pleads for understanding while he tries to undertake a very difficult job in hostile circumstances.

We cannot blame him for our exit from the Champions League, and he must certainly be praised for finally convincing Torres that he can score goals again, so I am going to put personal differences (from his time at Liverpool) aside and let you decide for yourself what you think
