Jurgen Klopp Ready To Field Strong Team For Chelsea Clash

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has hinted that he will be fielding a very strong team for the clash against Chelsea tomorrow. The German had surprising omitted Daniel Sturridge from his team yesterday and many thought he was resting Sturridge but the former Chelsea star could now be in line to play against Chelsea tomorrow.

This much was revealed by Liverpool Echo’s James Pearce when he tweeted the following;

Liverpool still have a chance off qualifying for the Europa league due to their 8th place position on the Premier league table. A win against us tomorrow will propel them to 6th. Although Chelsea have nothing to fight for with the Europa league now out of reach, but the Blues will certainly want to get at least a point from Liverpool.

Aside Sturridge, regular starters such as Nathaniel Clyne, Dejan Lovren, Emre Can, James Milner and Adam Lallana were all left out of the Watford clash and should Klopp decide to field is strongest possible team for Chelsea, we should see the omitted players back to the team.

Chelsea maanger Guus Hiddink on will not want to lose two matches on a roll. But will have to do without John Terry who will serve out his one match ban against Liverpool. In replacement of the former England skipper, Hiddink is likely to call on John Obi Mikel who did considerably well in that position two weeks ago.

Alternatively, Hiddink could decide to play Ivanonic in the centre while Cesar Azpilicueta moves to the right and Baba Rahman to the left.
