Malouda – Tottenham can compete with top four but Chelsea must keep winning!

The Chelsea winger Florent Malouda is under no illusions that it will be easy against Spurs on Sunday, but he thinks that his team can be very hard to beat at home.

‘It is going to be a tough derby and every time they are at their top when they play against Chelsea. We know that it is going to be hard but we play for the first place at home and it is important for us to keep on winning. We watched their game against Man U and they are a very good team. They have a good striking force, [Jermain] Defoe is on fire, and they have brought in [Sebastien] Bassong in defence who has started very well. They lost but are able to compete with the big four so we have to be very careful and we have to play our game.

‘When you are winning it gives you extra energy and you have excitement about playing big games. This is a big opportunity to make a break in this league. It is a massive game for us.’

It is a massive game for both sides, but Chelsea have got a great record at home. Can they keep it up?
