One plus to Rafa being temporary Chelsea boss…

I have found my first happy thought in Rafael Benitez being Chelsea’s new interim manager, that being that if Benitez also fails to perform a miracle on the misfiring Fernando Torres, then Roman Abramovich can finally give up on the striker, who has been a constant burden to our club since his disappointing debut against Liverpool.

The feeling that the Torres nightmare could be over in 6 months is a relief, although I will in no way be happy if Chelsea were not to challenge for the title, and expect us to still challenge for trophies given the crop of players we have, regardless of the joke we have temporarily in charge.

Were going to have to accept Rafa for 6 months whether we like it or not, so try and let this be of some pleasure for you hardened Chelsea fans.
