Pep Guardiola ACCEPTS To Join Chelsea, Gives Transfer Condition

pep-guardiolaReports indicate that Chelsea have approached Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola with a view to bring him to Stamford Bridge as Mourinho’s permanent replacement.

According to the daily mail Guardiola has indicated that if he is to become Chelsea’s permanent boss next term, the blues will have to sign 10 new players.

Chelsea after sacking mourinho for the second time in 8 years on Thursday, seem to be scaring off potential candidates for the job with their habit of sacking managers after a poor season.

Mourinho’s sacking is the 10th time Chelsea have dismissed there manager in 12 years which is a horrible record. This culture of Chelsea has made top bosses in Europe wary of becoming the 11th manager. Although guus Hiddink is set to take over as interim boss Guardiola has been tipped as a long term replacement for mourinho in the summer.

Sources close to pep Guardiola claim the Bayern Munich boss is not happy with the condition of Chelsea squad and he is wary of taking such an ever changing role at the club.

Chelsea first approached the Spaniard in 2012 just after the blues won their first champion’s league crown but he turned down their offer and joined Bayern Munich instead.

But with speculation rife that Guardiola might leave Bayern Munich Chelsea aren’t taking any chances they have approached Guardiola again, and if they want the former Barcelona coach they will need 10 new players.

Guardiola joined Bayern after a successful trophy laden spell Barcelona.
