Daily Star reported that the 25-year old Brazilian has agreed to leave Shakhtar Donetsk and he will be heading to West London to join Chelsea FC. The forward has caught the attention of lots of other top teams like PSG but it seems that Chelsea FC have won the battle as his switch draws closer. His phenomenal performance for the Ukrainian team is the main reason behind teams trying to get his service.

Alex Teixeira has scored 22 league goals for Shakhtar Donetsk this season and he is undoubtedly one of the top scorers in Europe at the moment. He is versatile as he has been constantly used as central forward, winger as well as an attacking midfielder. He will easily fit into many teams as he can play in multiple positions.
