Chelsea have found it bad this season and are having a torrid season so far as they find themselves in the relegation zone on the English Premier League table with a series of terrible performances from the team as a whole and from individual players in the team.
Fans are starting to wonder if new players are not needed at the club and if they are not needed soon enough to replace some underperforming players with the manager Jose Mourinho himself having singled out some of his players as performing woefully in recent times.
Nemanaja Matic and even Fabregas and Oscar are some of the players who have been singled out, not leaving Hazard and Costa in the attack and it is quite obvious that the Blues midfield is lacking in substance and even strength.
Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho may however have found a solution to it all as he is set to be determined to complete his long-time target Paul Pogba in the January transfer window.
The-22-year old France international superstar midfielder Paul Pogba has been heavily linked with a move to the Stamford Bridge in time past, but Juventus officials claimed they rejected all bids for the player.
Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta said, “We received formal proposals from top clubs for Pogba, but we rejected them out of hand. This season we put more responsibility on his shoulders, so he has many more games to improve.”
The French central midfielder joined Juventus in 2012, and has scored 21 goals in 97 league appearances for the Serie A giants.
It remains to be seen if this deal will be completed and when.
