Van Der Wiel keen on Chelsea move
It seems that at the moment the rumours linking Chelsea to Dutch wonderkid Gregory van der Wiel are nothing more than speculations, after the 23-year-old has declared that he had no contact with the London club but he would certainly be interested.
With Bosingwa now likely to leave, van der Wiel would be an amazing addition to the squad, and the Dutch hotshot has even declared his interest in signing for The Blues, but it seems that a move hasn’t come close to completion yet.
“I didn’t hear anything from my manager, I think it is just rumours and we will see in the future what comes,” van der Wiel told Sky Sports News of the rumours linking him with Chelsea.
When asked if he would accept the possibility of making a move to Chelsea, the young Dutchman declared: “Yeah of course I would, it is a beautiful club.
“I watch a lot of English football and they won the Champions League and it was a great performance.”
Chelsea sure have the money to sign him, and the Dutchman has spoken on several occasions about being interested to make the move from his current club Ajax to a better side, so what is Abramovic waiting?
