Slobodan Rajkovic signed for Chelsea nearly six years ago now, but he has yet to play a first team game for them due to a long wrangling issue over a work permit.
All that maybe set to change as Rajkovic has been included in Andre Villas-Boas 26 man squad for the upcoming tour of Asia, but before Blues fans get carried away he is still not allowed to play in this country as the issue over his work permit just goes on and on.
Rajkovic signed in 2005 in a deal that cost Chelsea nearly £4million, but he did not arrive at Stamford Bridge until 2007. Over the last few years he has been loaned out to numerous Dutch clubs, spending time at PSV Eindhoven, FC Twente and last year he was at Vitesse, and in total he has now played 60 games in the Dutch Premier League.
He played for Chelsea in a behind closed doors friendly against Wycombe Wanderers last week, and scored his sides third goal when he volleyed home a corner from Yuri Zhirkov. It was thought he would be allowed to play against Portsmouth on Saturday, but that was not allowed.
So Chelsea fans are still waiting to see their first glimpse of Rajkovic here in the UK, but with the new manager taking him on tour to Asia they may not have to wait much longer before they see him in action and finally put to bed the question of Slobodan who?
