Bayern Munich hot favourites to beat Chelsea in Champions League Final
The season is coming to an end now, but the most important match of the season has yet been played as we get ready to notice history in the making when Chelsea will travel to Germany to meet Bayern Munich in the Champions League final.
The Blues were the underdogs of the final stages as they managed to get passed Napoli when everybody expected them to fail after a 3-1 score in the first leg, and they then managed to knock out title holders Barcelona after two impressive legs.
Bayern Munich on the other side, played extraordinary football in this season’s Champions League games and managed to knock out the La Liga Champions Real Madrid after a couple of blistering performances.
In the final Bayern Munich is seen as the favorites, as the Germans have an 1.8 odd of winning the game and the trophy in favor of Chelsea, while the Blues have a massive 7/2 chance of winning the final.
The biggest reason for Bayern’s advantage is the plauer shortage crisis that Chelsea faces. The likes of Ramirez, Terry and Ivanovic all suspended, and Cahill or Luiz’s presence is still uncertain after the injuries they sustained.
Can Chelsea defy the odds to lift the trophy in Munich?
In football, there’s an elements of luck. This can easily be seen from the recent game against Barcelona. Barca are much more a complete team than Chelsea but Chelsea came out the better side. This is to say Chelsea can do it without Rami, Terry, and Ivan while Bayern are the more complete side. I’ve faith in the Blues.
Barcelona was seen as the super-favourite when CFC knocked them out and now bayern is the favourite again… CFC is going places, 90 minutes away from the trophy.
chelsea have been lucky ona road to the final.. Mayb they will get lucky again cos realy it will be a tough game.. Ive seen munich out play madrid home and away.. Chelsea have luck so they will come up ontop. Wont be easy tho but hey, torres will come on to score the winner and munich will be blue

yes chelsea is missing some of their key players, but munich is also coming in with a patch team as very instrumental players like Alaba, Gustavo and Babsturber would also be missing in the final. the only advantage they have if utilize properly is the fact that they would be at home, this might work for them or against them psychologically. chelsea is strong physically, mentally and psychologically with which they used against Barca, that even with 10 men they stamped their authority against a quality team like Barca even Munich wouldn’t have been able to do what chelsea did against Barca.I AM GOING FOR BARCA.
