Chelsea still waiting on Neymar decision
The young Brazillian star Neymar may not be heading to Stamford Bridge after all. New Blues manager Andre Villas-Boas had identified the youngster as a target. However it seems La Liga side Real Madrid could be Neymar’s destination this summer.
The 19-year-old Santos player has had a meteoric rise over the past year with all the top clubs from around the world being interested. Neymar started his senior career at Santos in 2009. He has since then played in 88 games for the club, scoring 44 goals. TalkSport Radio is reporting that Neymar may sign a six year deal with Madrid worth £26.75 million and that the transfer fee could be as high as £40 million.
However Santos said they do not want to discuss the deal until after their second leg Copa Libertadores match against Penarol last night. It is still not clear if Madrid will match Santos’ asking price for a teenager, even such a talented one, but there is expected to be a decision very soon.
This means that Chelsea are still in with a chance of brining Neymar to Stamford Bridge if Real Madrid and Santos do not agree on the transfer fee.

It’s unlikely that Real Madrid will pay more than Chelsea; they don’t have the same spending power. And even if they could out bid Chelsea, Neymar would be overshadowed by Ronaldo. Neymar needs to be in a team where he can make his own mark. Chelsea is his best option, let’s hope Chelsea make Neymar another offer, otherwise the price on his head could keep him at Santos a long time. Neymar has the potential to impact the English Premiership like Messi impacted La Liga. The crucial thing is this: does Neymar have enough ambition to leave Brazil; or will he end up another Brazilian statistic?

Chelsea is too much into last minute signings.Look at Man U,Young has already completed his move.Chelsea is still yoked in rumours and staff like that.Please get Neymar and other vital additions or move on with the same tired legs.After all they always end the season on a high.
