Chelsea’s manager Andres Villas-Boas has now set eyes on yet another transfer target for the January transfer season opening. 20-year-old attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne might be in for the biggest move of his life as he’s about to leave Racing Genk and join the English Premier League.
At a very young age De Bruyne is one of the most important players at Genk. A match in match out first team player who got no less than 69 games in the last two seasons scoring 9 goals and helping another 21 in the meantime. This season he already managed to score 3 goals and assist 4 others, and since 2010 he is also a part of Belgium’s senior national squad.
Such statistics impressed Chelsea who is now eager to transfer the attacking midfielder. Even though The Blues have a bunch of top class attacking midfielders at the club, Villas-Boas seems interested to improve the squad even further.
