Inter Milan v Man City highlights – Easy for Inter!

Man City are not having a good pre-season, and Roberto Mancini’s men were taken apart by Inter Milan. The Italian and European Champions scored three impressive goals, but City were hampered by the sending off of Patrick Vieira after just 21 minutes. Ten minutes later Obinna opened the scoring to put the game beyond doubt, but it did look like Shay Given may need a few more games to be match fit.

“It was a good crowd and passionate,” Obinna said. “We played well, and the focus is on getting the squad ready for the season.”

New coach Rafa Benitez will be pleased to have got one over on City for a change, but he just said: “The atmosphere was really good; the fans were fantastic. We tried to give them an entertaining game.”

I’m not sure the Man City fans would agree with the “entertainment” side of things. It looked pretty one-sided to me!
