No mind-games for Ancelotti, he just wants to win!

Carlo Ancelotti claims that he has no intention of joining in with Alex Ferguson’s mind games, because he has too much respect for his fellow managers.

He thinks the competition should be just between the players on the pitch, not between the coaches.

He then goes on to say how much harder the Premiership is than Serie A, but he still believes Chelsea can win it.

“It’s very competitive, this championship,” he said. “In Italy only three teams can win, but here more. I want to see Manchester City. I am curious. And I want to see Aston Villa. Last year, they had a very good season.”

“I’m ready to have a competition with Liverpool, with Manchester United and all the teams in the Premiership,”

“I’m not ready to do competition with my colleagues. They are my colleagues and I respect them all, but I have no battle with them. There’s only competition with their teams.

“Our ambition is to remain competitive until the end of the season in the FA Cup, the Premiership and the Champions League. We want to arrive well in March and April in all the competitions. If we have strength and the right mental attitude, we can win at the end.”

We certainly can Carlo, but first of all we have to win at the beginning!
