Tottenham v Bolton extended highlights – Spurs hang on to 4th place

Tottenham needed to take three points from this home game against Bolton to retain pole position in the race for the coveted fourth place in the Premiership, but it wasn’t as easy as anyone expected.

Bolton put up their usual resilient performance and it took an absolutely cracking goal from Tom Huddlestone to get past Jaskelainen in the Bolton goal.

Harry Redknapp had a nervous hour afterwards as his team hung on to take the points, and now just have a crucial match at Man City in midweek.

If Spurs can manage to get at least a point from that game then they will be in the driving seat for Champions League football next season.
