Chelsea Injury News – Englishman Out Of Weekend Clash

Chelsea have suffered several injury problems this season and it does not look at though it will abate any time soon. Diego Costa and Loic Remy have in particular been grealy missed by Chance at various stages of the current football season. However, not only Chelsea’s first team that has been suffering from injuries. Even loanees have been having their own fair share of the injury woes.

According to Middlesbrough manager, Aitor Karanka Chelsea on loan striker Patrick Bamford could miss this weekend’s clash against Fulham. According to the former Spain international, the Chelsea striker could miss out due to an ankle injury which he sustained last week.

The 19 year old striker who has scored 19 goals for Boro this season only just days ago got named the Sky bet player of the year. Chelsea has reportedly started negotiation that will see the English youngster sign a new contract extension to his current contract which has just over a year to go.

Not only Bamford that is likely to miss the clash against Fulham, Aitor Karanka confirmed Jelle Vossen and Albert Adomah feature are also likely to miss out. Boro are currently joint second on the table. One point behind AFC Bournemouth who are first with 85 points.
