Greece v Nigeria World Cup highlights – Greece shock the Africans

Nigeria and Greece both got beaten in their opening games so whoever lost this game were guaranteed to be going home early, and once Uche had put Nigeria ahead after just 15 minutes it looked like the Africans were going to vruise to an easy win.

The Greeks had never scored a World Cup goal, and their defensive play seemed to rule out any chance of them starting in this game. But then it all changed when Kaita needlessly stuck his boot out and got a straight red card.

Greece then decided to start attacking and they pulled one back just before half-time through Salpingidis, and Torosidis wrappd up the points with 20 minutes remaining.

Nigeria just never recovered from losing Kaiti, but it is totally his own fault.
